All quotes provided by INDUX are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change based on material costs, specifications, and project scope. Final pricing will be confirmed in the Service Agreement.
6. Quality and Warranty
INDUX warrants that manufactured parts and services conform to agreed specifications. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific products or services provided. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INDUX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INDUX, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Detroit, Michigan.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Detroit, Michigan, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11. Export Control
INDUX complies with all U.S. export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). You agree not to export or re-export any products or technical data in violation of these laws.
12. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
